April 4th was a lucky
day for one of the shooters at Okoboji Game Farm. Robert Hess of Terril shot a
perfect score at 5-stand sporting clays. The owners, Doug and Lynn Dodge,
wagered a bet when the course opened
to
give cold hard cash to the first person to have a perfect score. Three years
later Robert claimed the prize. To the left, Robert is holding his cash prize
and a plaque with his score sheet. Congratulations, Robert! Okoboji Game Farm,
located 3 miles south of Milford and 5 ½ miles east, is open every Sunday for
sporting clays from 9-4. 5-stand and 10 station sporting clays courses are
available to challenge shooters. Summer league sign-up is now being held.
