Okoboji Game Farm (OGF) held the Fall 2007 Country Vet Gundog Challenge on Sunday September 30^th.  Despite a rainy weekend, hearty teams of men and dog competed in the pointer and flusher divisions.  The entire field of teams displayed excellent dog work and great teamwork—ready for the upcoming hunting season.  Brett Groen, Kyle Norris, and GunHer of Spencer won the pointer division, while Barry Paulson, Rick Paulson, and Doc of Estherville and Armstrong earned second place.  A mere three points separated the top two finishers in the flusher division.  Jim Farmer, Daryle vonHolt, and Barney 2 of Sioux Falls, South Dakota won first place with a score of 338.25.  Second place honors went to Chris Arnold, Dave Netsch, and Raven of Spirit Lake.  The winners received plaques, and door prizes were awarded to each team.
