2005 Summer League Results

It wasn't until the final team shot their score that the winner was determined in the 2005 Okoboji Game Farm's summer sporting clay league.  The last score shot by Ted Kourousis of Spencer and Ron Walker of Arnolds Park determined whether there would be a three-way tie for first or they would win the 50 Clay Walking Clays League.  In the end Ted Kourousis and Ron Walker (pictured left) won that league.  Second place winners were Dave Klohs and Steve Ohm, both of LeMars.  Tying for third place were Jim Hentges and Bill Huse of Spirit Lake and Doug Johnson and Jerry Palmer of Jackson. 

Winners of the 5-Stand League were Steve Arnold of Spirit Lake and Doug Dodge of Milford (pictured right).  The team of Jim Hentges and Bill Huse garnered second place while Dave Klohs and Steve Ohm placed third. 

With hunting season upon us, the 5-stand sporting clay courses will be open by appointment.
